Carlos Albornoz

Carlos Albornoz received a bachelor's degree
in psychology and a professional degree in psychology from the Pontificia Universidad
Católica de Valparaiso. In the last eight years of his career he has
become interested in topics of innovation, modernization, entrepreneurship,
and technology. He trained with Fernando Flores and graduated from the Leadership
School of the Chile 21 foundation and the Spanish Pablo Iglesias foundation.
He holds a degree in management from the Industrial Engineering Department of
the University of Chile. Professor Carlos Vignolo has directly instructed him
in the area of radical constructivism over the past three years, during which
time he has also been an instructor at the school. He emphasizes change management,
leadership, and entrepreneurship. Next semester he will teach the first course
on innovation at the university.
