Ralph M. Ford

Ralph M. Ford is an associate professor of electrical
and computer engineering at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, where he is
currently the program chair. Prior to completing his PhD, Ford worked for IBM
on the development of machine visions systems for semiconductor package inspection.
His research interests are in imaging, machine vision systems, and engineering
design. He has authored many publications on his research, including a book
entitled Design for Electrical and Computer Engineers: Concepts and Practice,
to be published by McGraw-Hill in 2005.
