Mr. Philip Rufe is a manufacturing engineering technology faculty member at Eastern Michigan University. He is a certified Manufacturing Engineer and a registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office as a patent agent. He is program coordinator of the Manufacturing Technology and Manufacturing Engineering Technology programs.
