Tina Seelig

Tina Seelig is the executive director for the
Stanford Technology Ventures Program, the entrepreneurship center at Stanford's
School of Engineering. In addition to managing the operations of the center,
she is founder and director of the Stanford Entrepreneurship Network. She also
co-directs the Mayfield Fellows Program and teaches a course in the Department
of Management Science & Engineering on creativity and innovation in organizations.
She received her PhD in neuroscience from Stanford University School of Medicine
in 1985. She started her own company in 1991, selling it in 1993. She has written
ten books/games, including two books on the chemistry of cooking, called The
Epicurean Laboratory and Incredible Edible Science, and a series of educational
card games, called Games for Your Brain.
