Anthony Warren

Dr. Anthony Warren has degrees in physics from
Birmingham (UK), with research at the Universities of Toronto and Illinois.
In 1987, he joined the “TMF” partnership, which raised early-stage
capital funds for 100+ technology firms over a tenyear span. In 1999, he founded
Strategic Technologies LLC, a specialist investment bank. He remains a venture
partner in Adams Capital Management, which manages over $700 million.
In 2001, Dr. Warren joined the Smeal College of Business at Penn State as director of the Farrell Center for Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship. With Kauffman Foundation funding, Dr. Warren has developed new scalable models to make entrepreneurship learning available to all K-12 and College students. He has authored many scientific papers/patents and writes often on innovation, entrepreneurship and public policy for economic stimulation. He is member of the National Innovation Initiative, a business-led think tank which recommends policies to assure continuing competitiveness of US companies.
