| Educating
the next generation requires us to develop and implement innovative
and comprehensive approaches. We can incorporate animation, interactive
simulation, and video/multimedia case studies--along with 24/7
access to live experiments--to improve understanding of engineering
principles. This approach can improve retention of knowledge,
since users can guide themselves through materials at their own
level and interest. Dynamic interactive electronic media can facilitate
incorporation of practical examples, illustrative materials, and
interactive teaching methods that reach and motivate the diverse
groups involved. Furthermore, educators now have the potential
to identify a student's learning style and conceptual problems,
thus allowing them to deliver an effective wireless engineering
education. |
