| ABET
focuses on teamwork and ethical responsibility in two major evaluation
criteria for engineering/technology schools' accreditation. E-Teams
should learn these concepts and necessary practices as they form
teams, develop products, and start companies. This session introduces
tools and concepts which can help E-teams and start-up companies
shape cultures of ethical responsibility. It focuses on two often
neglected but important issues which are intertwined--ethical
responsibility and team culture. |
