| Using a train the trainer model, BESTEAMS (Building Engineering Student Team Effectiveness and Management Systems) will present three modules on various aspects of teamwork. These modules can be presented by instructors to students participating in team based courses. The modules are designed to be flexible and easily integrated into different types of curriculums. In this workshop, the intermediate level modules will be presented (personal knowledge, interpersonal effectiveness, and project management). Participants will be actively involved in the session. A booklet of the materials will be presented as well as access to all of the power point slides as well as the introductory modules. |
