Sergio Celis received his professional degree in industrial engineering, with maximum honors, from the Universidad de Chile. In the last two years he has become interested in topics of industrial sociology, management, innovation, organizational behavior, and entrepreneurship. He works as an instructor and researcher for the Leadership Skill Program or PHD (Programa de Habilidades Directivas) in the Industrial Engineering Department. He developed the first active induction of first-year students at the University of Chile, emphasizing active learning and teaming up between students.
