Kevin Henry is the founder and coordinator of the product design program at Columbia College Chicago. Henry has an MFA
in time arts/sculpture from the School of The Art Institute of Chicago and an MFA in industrial design from the University of
Illinois at Chicago. He is a recipient of both an IDEA (Bronze) award from the Industrial Design Society of America (IDSA) and
a Good Design Award from The Chicago Athenaeum. Henry is a design theorist and practitioner currently working on a book
about 3-D visualization that combines traditional print with rich media. He was most recently one of three first-prize winners
(along with collaborator Rick Pawela) of the Institute for The Future of The Book’s Born Digital competition for an entry based
on the visualization book.
