Sandra J Miller brings more than twelve years of experience in working with pioneering medical device physician inventors and entrepreneurs to her current position as OTL Liaison for Medical Devices and Associate Director of Technology Transfer in the Stanford Biodesign Program. She has been instrumental in the development and implementation of several medical technol© 2006, The NCIIA 310 ogy courses, fellowships and programs at the interface of industry and academia. Her focus with the Biodesign Program is to develop educational programs and resources related to biomedical technology innovation, particularly in the areas of technology transfer and entrepreneurship. Miller also manages Biodesign’s Industry Relations activities. Recently, she has taken a role in Stanford’s Office of Technology Licensing as liaison for medical technologies. At OTL, Miller manages a medical device portfolio and facilitates the efforts of Stanford faculty and student inventors developing biomedical technologies.
