Stephen Schiffman is associate professor of entrepreneurship at Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering and Babson College.
Prior to joining the Olin faculty, he was dean of the undergraduate program at Babson College and a senior partner at Olin College.
In his two years as a senior Olin partner, Schiffman worked closely with the faculty to develop and improve the Olin curriculum.
He has been a Babson faculty member in entrepreneurship, mathematics and MIS since 1986. He was the architect of
Babsonís revised undergraduate curriculum, which launched in the fall of 1996. Schiffman holds a Ph.D. in mathematics from
Dartmouth College, as well as an M.S. in management from the Sloan School at MIT. He is currently a member of the design
and delivery team for the Babson-Olin Symposium for Engineering Entrepreneurship Educators.
