One Page Ideas
In order to help potential contestants, teams can submit a "one page idea" for review and advice by Kettering faculty.

Rounds
Competition will take place in two rounds.  In the first round students will electronically submit written executive summaries (5 pages of 8.5”x11” material, 10 point minimum font with 1” margins).  Judges will identify the two best entrants from each section (A and B) for the final competition.  The final competition will include a written plan (15 page maximum, 8.5"x11" material, 10 point minimum font with 1" margin) and a 15 minute business plan presentaiton judged at a public forum.

Teams
Teams can consist of one to three members.  Each team member must be “eligible” as described in the 'Eligibility' section.  Each person may only participate on one team, and each team may submit only one business plan.  However, teams may submit more than one One-Page Idea Summary for faculty feedback early in the competition. Contestants are encouraged to seek the involvement of faculty, alumni and staff.
