Charles Burke

Charles Burke received his Ph.D. in biochemistry from the University of Illinois, an MAT from Colgate University and his AB in chemistry from Cornell University. Currently, Burke is the Director for Strategy/Business Development at Central Michigan University’s LaBelle Entrepreneurial Center. He is also a director for Gema Diagnostics, Inc. Previously, Burke was CEO of Dendritic NanoTechnologies, founder and president of a consulting company involved with start-up biotechnology and dot-com companies, and CEO of Research Biochemicals International. Burke’s current interests are in understanding how to identify prospective entrepreneurs and defining what tools are important in helping start successful companies.
