Robert Mark
Robert Mark is a Professor of Practice in the School of Business and Economics and Director of the Center for Technological Innovation, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship at Michigan Technological University. Prior to joining Michigan Tech, Mark served as a Captain in the US Army for five years, spending three of those years as an undercover narcotics agent in Germany. Following his time in the Army, he owned a computer software company for ten years and was a principal owner of a consulting civil engineering company for fifteen. Marks is a National Peer Reviewer for the American Consulting Engineers Council and a frequent speaker at engineering conferences around the US. He is active in the community and has served on local school boards and many nonprofit boards. He is also a professional magician and has performed across the US and had a local access TV show on magic.
