Accelerating Student Commercialization Success through Manufacturing and Entrepreneurship

This grant will support the development of two modules and a student early seed venture fund, with the goal of transforming the engineering design experience for students at Rice. The first module will develop students’ capabilities in design for manufacturing, and the second will build their entrepreneurial skills. Finally, a competitive entrepreneurship fund will provide early resources for teams that are serious about taking their technologies toward commercialization.
