A Proposal to Develop a Curriculum-Based Module Integrating Innovation and Commercialization Disciplines into a New Robotics Technology Product Design Platform

This grant focuses on the development of a business management module that integrates innovation and entrepreneurship into a new robotic engineering design curriculum. It will create a new Bachelor of Science program in Robotics Engineering at WPI, with hopes of expanding into other programs in the future.Student design teams will complete projects addressing social needs as part of a robotic design cycle. A specific focus of the curriculum will be the needs of aging baby boomers.
