White House Office of Science and Technology Policy
Charina Choi is a White House Fellow at the Office of Science and Technology Policy, where she promotes a number of initiatives in technology, entrepreneurship, and education. Prior to her time at the White House, Charina worked in nanotechnology, where her research explored the design of new materials for biomedical, electronics, and energy applications. Charina is the founder of Sciimpact, a conference for students from underserved high schools, focused on the power of science to effect global change. She holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Stanford University and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley.
