Since 2003, over 100 I2V workshops have been held in such technology hot-spots as Boston, MA, Fresno, CA, Chicago, IL and Orlando, FL. The introductory I2V teaches technology entrepreneurship basics, helps build networks and provides a framework for moving ideas forward. This year several specialized workshops will also be offered. Advanced Invention to Venture Workshops

Accelerate your venture.  So you’ve got a great idea for a venture. Now what? If you’re serious about moving your venture forward, Advanced Invention to Venture (AI2V) is for you. You’ll spend four intense days receiving instruction, doing exercises, practicing pitching and interacting with qualified coaches to develop and articulate a strategic plan for your venture.

Startup teams often get caught up in hectic, day-to-day activities and don't stop to analyze the business opportunity and develop breakthrough strategies that will propel their ventures forward. AI2V is a unique opportunity for your startup to set aside a few days and conduct critical and strategic thinking about your venture with assigned mentors and coaches who are accomplished entrepreneurs in your industry. Developed by NCIIA, AI2V is for company founders who have committed to start a company around their technology.

AI2V provides a more thorough review of the subject matter with hands-on exercises that make the materials pertinent to each participating team's venture. Limited class size and hand-picked mentors and speakers provide startups a unique venture acceleration opportunity. After four days of intensive class time and several weeks of coaching and strategy sessions, teams participate in an investor pitch before custom-matched angel investors and VCs.

Our instructors, coaches, and mentors will help you formulate your plans to raise money, recruit team members, and further develop your technology. This world-class venture accelerator workshop has helped advance early-stage startups to shorten their time to market with proven results. Participants have called it the single most important turning point for their startups.
